A selection of our classic micropohones is now available for rent. Some examples are shown below. Our authentic 40's and 50's classic microphones are perfect for use in movies, independent film projects, plays, music videos, photo shoots, commercials, magazine covers.

Here's how it works:

1. A credit card deposit for the value of the microphone to be rented is required. This deposit may be made through Paypal, which accepts most major credit cards.
2. IMPORTANT: Make sure to note in the Paypal payment "Comments" section that the payment is for RENTAL DEPOSIT. If a note is not present on the Paypal payment, it is assumed that you have PURCHASED the mic.
3. Once the deposit payment is shown the microphone will be shipped to you overnight by Fedex or USPS Express Mail for a fee starting at $25 for most US destinations. Please Contact Us for international shipping rates. Return shipping with full replacement value insurance will be paid by the rentor.
4. Once the microphone is returned in original and undamaged condition, the rental amount will be deducted from the deposit payment and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
5. Late returns without an email from the rentor will be deducted from the deposit at daily rate.
6. Damaged or lost microphones will forfeit the deposit. In other words, you break or lose it, you own it. Any damages incurred in transit will be covered by postal carrier insurance.
7. Weekly rates are available upon request.
8. Stands and cords are also available for rent.
9. A classic microphone will give your photo shoot or special event an unforgettable style and an excellent sound.

RARE SHURE 55 A ELVIS MICROPHONE

This is the Big SHURE 55A that all the rock and blues greats like Gene Vincent, Bo Diddley, Eddie Cochran, Carl Perkins, Little Richard, and the king Elvis used to use. It is the first of three models made between 1939 and 1946 the 'A' being low impedance, the 'B' being medium impedence, and the 'C' being high impedence. After 1946, the Shure 55 became multi-impedance and it was manufactured through 1951 when the smaller verision, the Shure 55S was introduced. This model is still around today. This is an ultra rare and very vintage microphone in working order. By its low serial number, it's probably late 30's or early 40s. This is a Rare find an a Great addition to any collection. It is the "Missing Link" to your Band or Music Video.... It's the real deal rock and roll. A true classic.
